Comfortable beds, fresh linens and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. NO washer/dryer on the premises. Laundromat is nearby. Backyard has lawn furniture and a table to enjoy a meal outside or the evening shade. NO pets/animals. Smoking is allowed in the backyard only. These rules make it comfortable for all guests. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom has extra amenities in case you forget something. The shower, which has exposed copper plumbing, is sure to impress. Outside there is a small patio with adirondack chairs and gas fire pit that over look the cattle pasture and the stunning Panhandle sunsets.

The Wallace Ranch Boxcar Bunkhouse is located on the Wallace Ranch 6 miles south of Canyon Texas. The 114 year old Boxcar Bunkhouse was restored and converted into a unique one of a kind property! We have hosted guests and large groups/families at the ranch for several years and with the addition of the Boxcar Bunkhouse we are excited to add another level of unique accommodations to the Panhandle area!

The Bunk House has a bedroom with two queen beds and a closet. Kitchen with a microwave, stove, refrigerator and coffee pot. Connected table area. Open space with living room and screen tv in bedroom and living room with a DVD player availability. Bathroom with shower and towel available. Very clean built in 2015. We enjoy hosting.
