La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Mauzac le blanc pétillant 4p. qualified at 4 stars. It is one of three apartments in Gites-terroirs-Occitanie Sparkling white, named after the varietal that makes a delicious, sparkling white wine in our region. A very spacious and comfortable apartment (85 sqm) for one to 4 people. The views from the salon and from the terrace are breathtaking. Mauzac has two separate bedrooms. We accept pets for a small fee.

This recently renovated house is set in the middle of a 70-hectare organic wine-growing estate, in the Cathar region and close to Carcasonne. Beautifully renovated stone barn providing comfortable holiday accommodation for 4 people with terrace, garden and wood stove. Rabouillet is a peaceful village in beautiful unspoilt countryside ideal for hiking. Many walks nearby, even starting from the house itself. Interesting daytrips include Chateau Cathares, natural gorges, Romanesque Abbeys, picturesque villages, Collioure and the mediterranean coast.
