Swimming opportunities can be found at the common jetty, only about 350 meters from the cabin, and there is a short way to several beautiful beaches such as Storesand and Husebystranda, which you can easily reach via the coastal path (about 3 km) from the cabin. A convenience store is also within walking distance via the same path.

Enjoy the garden, the orangery, the playhouse and the sandbox. Walk 80 meters down to Svaberg and the swimming area, walk 400 meters and you will find mini golf, beach, Frisbee golf and sand volleyball court. Marina and dining place 1 km away. Hiking trails 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed, extra mattress topper for sofa bed is in the closet in the laundry room/storage room. 1 single bed, 1 baby bed and 1 child travel bed. Towels, bed linen, coffee, tea, sugar, spices, paper towels, toilet paper, wet wipes and various soaps are in the apartment and can be used.

Apartment by Røds beach

Enjoy your stay here by the beach in beautiful Larkollen. We have created a new apartment in our house, here in the nicest place we know of, and we are excited to share it with you. There is plenty of room for a family, or a group of adult friends who want to enjoy a weekend. The place is perfect for winter swimming with a subsequent sauna inside. Put on your bathrobe and go straight down to the dock. If anyone wants to be here for a little longer, it's a great quiet place to stay. With lovely nature just outside the doorstep.

We rent out a cabin and annex with a fantastic location in idyllic Larkollen about 1 hour drive from Oslo. Lake view and large garden with room for lots of play and fun. The cabin is located within a short walking distance from the convenience store Joker, Støtvig Hotel with diner, pool, spa and bowling alley and Losen as well as a few minutes walk to tennis courts, jetty and beach. Large lawn with football pitch, playground and barbecue area in the immediate vicinity. Evje golf park is located 8 min drive from the cabin.

A small and charming house by the sea

The house is located 40 metres from the sea and offers a fantastic view of Vestfold. Here, you can enjoy a hot tub, barbecuing on the gas grill, a covered seating area, and some fantastic sunsets. It's about a 2-minute walk down to the beach, where you can swim, dive and jump off the jetty, or enjoy a long, beautiful sandbank that the kids love. Inside, most of the amenities are available, and the view of the fjord is just as stunning from the sofa. The house is located at the second-to-last property on a cul-de-sac.

There is plenty of space for two people in a brand new and exclusive Hitra continental bed of 150 cm. Good internet connection also makes this place perfect for workation. Free parking.

The guest house with sea view consists of a room with a seating area, a desk and a double bed, a separate bathroom/WC with a shower and a sauna. Kettle, microwave and fridge are also available. There is access to a beach 150 m away. Shop, restaurant and Støtvik hotel are about 3 km away. Parking possibility on the property. Charging an electric car possible. You pay by card. There is a patio with seating and a barbecue. The coastal path passes by, and there are trails in beautiful natural surroundings.

Connect to nature in this new small house. Everything is renovated in 2026. The house is smart with solar cells that provide clean energy year around, with AC and floor warming, that makes it warm in vintner and cool in summer. There are new queen sized beds with new Scandinavian duvets and pillows, one in the main floor and one in the loft. Perfect for a couple or a family with two teenagers, children or young persons that can clime the stair to the loft. There is also a crib for small babies.

Velkommen til vårt koselige gjestehus i Råde! Her bor du rolig, men sentralt. Det er kort gangavstand til badeplass, fiske/kajakk og flotte turområder. «Bryggerhuset» har ett soverom med dobbeltseng og en fleksibel 180cm seng i stuen som kan deles til to enkeltsenger. For grupper over 4 personer kan også «Bua» benyttes som ekstra soverom. I bua er det en dobbeltseng og en sovesofa. Parkering for 1–2 biler, og kun 900 meter til Karlshus sentrum med butikker, restauranter og kollektivtransport.
