Here is plenty of space for a family or adult group of friends who want to enjoy the weekend. The place is perfect for winter swimming with a subsequent sauna inside. Put on your bathrobe and go straight down to the dock. If someone wants to be here for a little longer, a wonderful quiet place to stay is a wonderful quiet place to stay. Enjoy the garden, orangery, playhouse and sandbox. Walk 80 meters down to the rocks and swimming area, walk 400 meters and you will find mini golf, beach, freesbegolf and sand volleyball court. We rent out cottage and annex with fantastic location in idyllic Larkollen about 1 hour drive from Oslo. Sea view and large garden with room for a lot of play and fun. The cottage is a short walking distance from convenience store Joker, Støtvig Hotel with diner, pool, spa and bowling alley and Losen as well as a few minutes walk to tennis courts, bathing jetty and beach. Large lawn with football key, play and barbecue area in the immediate vicinity. Evje Golf Park is located 8 min drive from the cabin.

Great hiking opportunities on a coastal path, beaches and golf courses nearby. 15 minutes by car to Fredrikstad. The space - kitchen, living room with a loft with a double bed, separat bedroom with a family bunk. Modern bathroom and a large terrace with a gas BBQ Guest access - cabin at your own disposal. Things to note - the cabin is located close to a road, traffic to be expected.
