Hytteidyll 35 minutes from Oslo, by Lake Mjær. Cosy cabin in a fantastic location with a private sandy beach, floating jetty, boat with an electric motor and a canoe. The cabin has 5G Wi-Fi. Very good sun conditions, evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Everything at the cabin is available for use, including a boat with an electric outboard motor and a canoe. There is a sandy beach that is both child-friendly and has a gentle slope. A few metres out, the depth conditions are good. Excellent fishing opportunities, with a variety of local fish species The TV is connected to Apple TV

Cozy house, rural and close to the sea - child-friendly.

The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7–8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg town centre. Bus to Fredrikstad once an hour. The floor area on the ground floor is approximately 115 m². This unit has two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room and a newly renovated bathroom. The first floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a travel cot for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental property and do not want loud parties there.

Swimming opportunities can be found at the common jetty, only about 350 meters from the cabin, and there is a short way to several beautiful beaches such as Storesand and Husebystranda, which you can easily reach via the coastal path (about 3 km) from the cabin. A convenience store is also within walking distance via the same path.

A small and charming house by the sea

The house is located 40 metres from the sea and offers a fantastic view of Vestfold. Here, you can enjoy a hot tub, barbecuing on the gas grill, a covered seating area, and some fantastic sunsets. It's about a 2-minute walk down to the beach, where you can swim, dive and jump off the jetty, or enjoy a long, beautiful sandbank that the kids love. Inside, most of the amenities are available, and the view of the fjord is just as stunning from the sofa. The house is located at the second-to-last property on a cul-de-sac.

The property has sun from morning to evening, with several nice outdoor areas. Choose between sun or shade, depending on your preference. The cabin is conveniently furnished and easy to keep tidy. Everything is easily accessible, both during your stay and for cleaning on departure. This is a place for quiet and pleasant stays. NB! This is NOT a party cabin!
