The villa is secluded and about 200 meters from the village It consists of an autochthonous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part dominated by large glass surfaces that merge the interior of the house with the exterior. In the old part of the house there is a bedroom and in the new living area with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. It has eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables.

We are able to offer you a beautiful stone house.. The entire indoor area is air conditioned. It is located in a quiet place and very pleasant to stay. The distance to the beach is about 900m on foot. It has free parking for two cars. The place is ideal for a family with children. Two bedrooms with beds upstairs and an upper terrace with a jacuzzi,and 2 sofa beds (Sofa bed). If you're interested in anything, feel free to ask.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
