Enjoy your stay in our bright and friendly apartment in the basement. The apartment is located directly on the edge of the forest in a quiet street with single-family houses. Shops are 500 m away and the highway connections (A2 & A31) are 800 m away. The cities of Essen (city center 14 km), Oberhausen (CentrO, 7 km), as well as the ski hall (Alpincenter, 7 km) and the Movie Park (12 km) can be reached quickly by car. Superbly located on the outskirts of the district of Sythen, which has a train station from which you can reach the beautiful Münster and Essen in less than 30 minutes. And is a perfect starting point for bike tours, water sports, aviation, hiking and horseback riding, other leisure activities and cultural activities.

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

Our self-contained attic apartment offers plenty of space on 53 square meters, is flooded with light and quiet. It is located a few hundred meters from the Gemen Youth Castle and is an ideal starting point for cycling tours through the Münsterland park landscape. Two bakeries with breakfast and an organic shop are within a three-minute walk. You can safely park and charge your e-bikes in our garage. Two restaurants are also within walking distance.
