Holiday rentals with a kayak in Raglan

I've stayed in a lot of airbnbs around the world by now, and I cannot think of another one that had a location quite like this. The views are incredible and every window of the tiny house looks like a painting. I wish we had had more time to explore the tidal flats right beside the house or go kayaking there! The house itself was lovely, very clean and well equipped. Georgia also graciously allowed us to check out later, since the house wasn't booked the night after, so we could enjoy this amazing place a little longer. (Also, ant problem seems to have been solved, at least we only saw a single one.)

We had a wonderful time at Susan’s place. The guest house is beautiful and the view is simply stunning, the perfect place to wind down and relax. We loved swimming at the private beach in the morning and watching the sun set in the evening. Susan was a wonderful host and made us feel right at home. We would love to come back and stay there again.

Dave and his family were great hosts. They were very helpful. We could borrow a soft-top surfboard, boogie boards and a big kayak including tips on when and where to go with it. The little house and the caravan were amazing and we enjoyed eating outside a lot. We can highly recommend and hope to be back soon.

Mark’s AirBnB is an experience rather than a stay. Is a combination of coastal rural Nz right on the doorstep (short boat ride away) from a bustling town Raglan where there are 5 star restaurants, super markets and everything you would need or expect. And the accomodation itself is nestled on a cliff top with 180 views of the harbour and if Raglan. Private, the feeling of seclusion and neighbour free - the best of both worlds made better by a host that balances your needs with respectful distance. Make a pizza in the wood fired oven and then warm your bones in the spa boat and arching the harbour u til the sun melts away listening to birds evening song. We can’t wait to head back and hopefully catch the big uncle of the 12 lb snapper we caught in the raglan harbour!!! Outstanding place.

Spectacular porch with a terrific view of the bay. I could (and did) sit out there for hours. Same view from the living room. A real treat and I didn’t want to leave. One of my very best air bnbs ever. Loved it.

A peaceful and relaxing environment. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Great shower. This was my second stay and I enjoyed it as much as the first.

As a family we had an amazing few days at the Blue Bach. The location is perfect; we swam, we kayaked, we went fishing, floundering and even collected clams. The Bach is well set up for everything you need, beds are comfy and the grass area is awesome for the kids to play. We will definitely be booking again, thanks so much for your hospitality Julie!

Beautiful spot. Secluded and quiet yet only a few minutes drive to Raglan. Would most definitely stay again 😊
