We stayed at Charlotte’s house in Cambridge and couldn’t be happier with our stay. Charlotte was kind enough to allow us to bring our 2 dogs who thoroughly enjoyed the large, fenced and easily accessible garden. The bedrooms were comfy, the lounge area with smart tv was inviting and the kitchen was well equipped, with everything being clean and homely. It really was a home away from home and we felt at ease there, making it a perfect base for our stay in the Waikato. We enjoyed its close proximity to Cambridge and really recommend the Suburban Kitchen around the corner for brunch and coffee! Charlotte was always available to answer any questions and to check we were ok and could find everything she’d thoughtfully organised for us. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoyed eating outside while our son had plenty of room to play. We hope Charlotte will have us back as we’d love to be regulars! Thanks Charlotte! Definitely one of our best experiences.

Cozy, super clean and neat cottage with full kitchen in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of lovely details (e.g. fresh flowers and a range of fresh and super delicious artisanal products upon our arrival!!). Emma is a very friendly and super helpful and a good communicator. Everything was just awesome. Thanks for hosting us!

The house was perfect for what we wanted. The only negative was the shower. The water flow was pretty bad, we joked you had to run around under it to get wet. For what its worth our shower at home was never the best as far as water flow went. We eventually had it checked out and we found a water restriction valve in base of the hose fitting that leads to the shower head. It was just a small plastic piece that we pulled out and the change was amazing. Who knows, maybe that could resolve the issue with your shower. Thank you

Eloise’s place was perfectly located for our needs. Everything we needed was either a short walk or less than 5 minute drive away. The accommodation was comfortable with enough space for two people to spread out.

We had a wonderful girls night here. The house was very clean and Lena communicated everything clearly and punctually. Gorgeous views and great living areas to spend time with friends. Thank you ☺️

My family very much enjoyed our night at Rachael's place. The kids spent hours in the pool and we had a bbq in the lovely outdoor space. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. My bed was comfy with nice bed linen etc. I especially enjoyed using the beautiful bathtub. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. We'd be happy to stay there again

We absolutely loved this place. The patio views are way better in real life than in the photos plus we had perfectly clear skies to watch the stars from the hot tub. We spent most of our time in town or on the patio and enjoyed the views day and night. Even though it’s near town and the owners live upstairs, we felt like it was really private. We had 2 adults and 2 kids 14 and 16 years old and there was enough chairs and space for all of us. The toilet and the shower are separate which makes sharing one bathroom easier. We also loved having access to the paddle boards and kayaks, we just didn’t have enough time to use them. It’s worth noting that one of the bedrooms is attached to the living room and the kitchen isn’t a full kitchen. This didn’t bother us one bit as we spent most of our time outside and eating out but is worth knowing for planning purposes. We will 100% stay again the next time we visit raglan. The house was quirky but perfectly lovely for family times with a view

A taste of Tuscany in Newstead is all we can say!! Great indoor outdoor flow with all the amenities to keep people active and engaged. The tennis court provided entertainment and controversy while the spa and pool provided relaxation and ambiance. The complementary bubbles received on arrival was well needed after a long trip with a talkative passenger. Great entertainment facilities and loved the touch of country surroundings, would stay again.

Exceeds expectations and all the comforts of home. I settled in and loved my time at Cosy Cottage. I highly recommend it; especially if you love the beautiful countryside and scenic vistas.

Great spot, quiet location yet within easy walking distance of the township. Was a nice touch to arrive to a nice fire burning after a busy day. Thoroughly recommend if you are looking for something with a nice comfortable homely feel, in or around Cambridge.

We loved your Cottage, private & everything we needed for our short stay. Handy to Hamilton & Cambridge for dining out. Would highly recommend.

Gill and Paul are so friendly and welcoming—we instantly felt at home at their beautiful property. Waking up to serene views and ending each day with a breathtaking sunset over the rolling hills was pure magic. The long driveway lined with cows and sheep added such charm to every arrival, and we loved spending time feeding and interacting with their adorable chickens and sheep (who quickly became our favorite companions!). If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with genuine hospitality and a touch of countryside wonder, look no further. We can’t recommend their place enough and hope to return someday!

My brother and I had a fantastic stay here. The location was perfect, a minute walk from the famous left hand surf breaks and a five minute drive from Raglan. The batch was completely private and in a quiet neighborhood. Preemptively Tom blessed us with the much desired “local knowledge” via top tier recommendations etc. The place looked newly renovated, was clean as a whistle with great amenities including the outdoor tub. Highly recommend a stay at the one and only WhaleBay Hideaway!

Close to town centre and convenient location to visit Raglan hot spots. At first, difficult to locate property as is off a shared long driveway with easy to miss labeling/signs. Otherwise, the place is as promised in listing. Clean, centralized and quiet location. Dog friendly a huge plus! Would recommend to couples only (+dog) as space is small. ☺️

Great place to stay. Fantastic location within walking distance of parks, restaurants and shops. The house is equipped with everything you need plus some thoughtful extras like toys for the kids and dog! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful one bedroom self contained unit. Super comfy bed and Dave was a great host, checking I had everything I needed when I arrived. Highly recommend this place, will be booking again. It’s peaceful and private, with plenty of room. The kitchen also has everything you could possibly need. Great wifi signal too.

Thanks for being flexible and having us in earlier then planned. Also the graden was amazing and the kids had lots of fun in the playground. Our daughther had the best time with "Max" the dog, who incidentally, is an amazing football player! We will be back!
