a very functional apartment at the gates of Ortigia, so city center easily accessible on foot, we have always managed to park our car near the apartment whatever the extra time the week of August 15! Maria proved to be an extremely attentive and friendly host

Cosy apartment directly at the waterfront, with lots of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Alberto is a very friendly and responsive host.

Giuseppe is a wonderful host - very helpful, kind and considerate. We felt at home with him. The property is wonderful! Very close to the sea, with a wonderful bay and almost no tourists. If you want to relax from the hustle and bustle, Giuseppe's house is perfect! You will find everything you need for your vacation: a fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms with a comfortable bed and a private garden with sun loungers, table and chairs, barbecue area and outdoor shower. It is a great starting point for exploring Catania, Taormina or Syracuse. In the area there are many grocery stores, a pharmacy and a hospital, but to enjoy all the services you will need a car, which you can rent at the airport or in Augusta. Pros: - Convenient parking (don't know what it's like in summer) - Good location, not far from Ortigia, but far enough to avoid any disturbance - Fast wifi - All required amenities - Clean & comfy - A/C was efficient to heat the interior when needed (our visit happen to be in Feb) Cons: - A bit acoustic; we could hear steps and even small noises from above, not anybody's fault, it's just how this building is constructed - Bedrooms have windows opening to a tiny internal courtyard or stairwell - but as we use them for sleeping only, doesn't matter

Everything is great! Martina is a wonderful host! The terrace is wonderful with the beautiful olive tree, where you can eat nicely and enjoy the evenings.

Very nice and big apartment! Well furnished. is located in the outdoor area in a development with four- five-story houses. The parking is secured with an electronically controllable gate. There's a lot going on in the street during rush hour, but otherwise fine. The apartment is spacious and has a balcony. You can walk to the archaeological park, about 10-15 minutes, where all parking is occupied in the morning anyway. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us good instructions in the apartment and then gave us important tips, e.g. restaurant, shopping, parking.

Four of us stayed at Stefania’s place for three nights. She is friendly and very responsive for our requests. Her place is clean and cozy and cost effective. I highly recommend this rental property.

I had such a good time to come back twice. I'm on my third stay with this stay. And if there are other occasions, it will always be the first choice.

Giancarlo and Helena's apartment are among those we regretted leaving, so much the atmosphere in this shelter is in their image, warm and welcoming. We loved living there, and not for a second we didn't feel like home. This vibrant place, bathed in beautiful energy. If the opportunity to return to Ragusa offers itself again to us, we will not hesitate for a second and will return to Helena and Giancarlo with the greatest of pleasures. The apartment is very well located, close to San Giovanni Square on one side and Ragusa Ibla, a supermarket is also nearby, bakeries do not run the streets, but you will also find it not too far away. One, located on the corso Italia, another, a little further, after the Palace of Justice bridge. Only inconvenience, we had to return the keys to the apartment at the end of our stay. I assume that all good things always come to an end.

We had a great time here. It’s nice to be on the outskirts of town as it’s quicker to drive to the amazing beaches and the walk into the old town for dinner is easy

The listing is clean, according to the description and photos. The room is large and the bed is comfortable. It is very close to Ortigia on foot and the daily market for shopping and not far from the bus and train station to get to Catania, Noto, Raguse etc. it is quiet which is good for resting at night. For those who are used to sleeping in complete darkness remember to take a mask there is no shutter and public lighting is present. Fabio is very responsive to messages and very friendly. Check-in time is easy and autonomous. We didn't miss anything, we had a lovely stay and recommend this place.

I could relate to other people’s positive comments. impeccable host and accommodation. Simona is very kind responsive and flexible. Despite my flight being greatly delayed the husband welcomed me in person late in the evening - and impeccably dressed! I stayed over a week and travelled to the sea, nearby towns as well as stayed local in beautiful noto enjoying baroque dolce vita. It’s a stone’s throw from shops and town centre. Parking easy too, just be prepared streets are narrow and motorbikes like a ride! One of the nicest airbnb experiences.

We really enjoyed our stay. The flat is in a great location, everything is within easy reach and very clean. The roof terrace is great for relaxing and enjoying the view with a glass of wine. Letizia is incredibly friendly and takes great care of her guests. Absolutely recommendable.

Corso Gelone (where the accommodation is located) is a convenient and well-connected road both to the center of Syracuse and Ortigia and to the other areas of interest (archaeological area very close). The building from the outside is not beautiful, but the apartment is super (clean, comfortable, large shower, very tidy and equipped with everything you need). Excellent and fast communication, automatic, simple and comfortable check-in and check-out. Thank you for everything, perfect experience!

The flat is amazing!!!! We were 5 girls and loved our staying!! The host was kind, welcoming, accommodating. The place was spotless. The pool was clean and warm with a great view. The mount Etna view with the morning coffee is everything one can wish for!

Had a very nice stay of several nights in the 2nd floor apartment in this quiet house surrounded by a large oasis of greenery and with a beautiful and large pool. Sunbeds available. The hostess is always responsive and her family discreet. If you are a late riser don't forget a mask because the blackout curtains are not really and there are no shutters. The apartment on the 1st floor seems to have a larger terrace, at least with a view of the pool. Her 2nd bedroom has a real window and not veluxes like on the 2nd floor.

Bedrooms are quiet and dark so even the children slept wonderfully here! It is a relaxing place, with a nice swimming pool and a large terrace for breakfast. Thank you Davide!

We spent about ten days on this very nice privileged estate. An ideal setting surrounded by orchards with cicadas and crickets. We have taken the apartment accommodation with the balcony which makes it possible to have a comfortable living space. What we also enjoyed was the calm away from the tourist mass in the countryside. This place is very intimate for couples in need of relaxing. The pool is really a plus to cool off and have fun. There are only twenty minutes to go to Syracuse or Noto. We were in a golden triangle. The caring hosts also welcomed us very well with a late and flexible arrival. They provided us with clear and accurate access information. Recommended ++++

We had a wonderful week at Paola's apartment. It was actually just as beautiful as shown in the pictures. You wake up with the sound of the sea, the sun over the sea, it's magnificent! There are, if you are willing to drive some car, many possibilities for nice excursions, a very nice sandy beach is just five minutes away (Agnone Bagni). The people you meet are very friendly, the food delicious, the climate in October perfect. Everything is available in the apartment, you can also cook for yourself if you like. Paola is a perfect host, there are many good tips and suggestions, she can be contacted at any time. Ketty, as a local contact, was also very friendly and helpful. We say: Thank you, it was beautiful. The only (small) drawback: The pool overall does not invite you to swim and play, it is somewhat outdated. However, there is the beach and the sea, which is a lot anyway

Amazing location with fantastic sea views and views of Mount Etna. We visited end of October and basically had the complex to ourselves (including the pool!). Marco was extremely helpful and very welcoming. We hired a car for the week so that we could visit the amazing beaches up and down the coast, and of course, Etna. Direct access to the sea at the bottom of the apartments is closed, but it is not far to reach via another footpath.
