"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

Charming and intimate house 10 minutes from Palma with 7000m2 of garden, swimming pool, outdoor heated Jacuzzi and beautiful garden. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a large terrace overlooking the garden, porches, fireplaces, barbecue, air conditioning and heating… Very spacious and comfortable. Quiet area 7 km from downtown Palma, airport, and beaches. Supermarkets 1km away. Ideal for relaxing, island tours, cycling etc... We love pets, so bring them ;-)

The mountains of Serra de Tramuntana were the only candidate in 2011 and has been chosen by UNESCO for its scenic, cultural, historical and ethnic values. The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed
