It is located in a natural, quiet environment, it will satisfy all those who want to relax and enjoy with family or friends. From the upper floor of the house, where there are two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, the terrace offers a magnificent and open view of the Kvarner Bay. The harmonious interior gives a feeling of comfort and calmness.

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.
