Villa Andreja is a modern and elegant holiday home. This villa offers accommodation for 8 guests. When you enter the villa, there is a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. Each bedroom has a TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. There is also a toilet with a washing machine and a dryer.On the first floor there are two other bedrooms and a terrace. In addition to deck chairs and a pool, there is a summer kitchen. The pool can also be heated for an extra charge.

A detached house built in 1890 has been completely renovated for a comfortable stay in a relaxing environment. It is located on the east coast of Istria, in a quiet village 15 km from Labin and the nearest airport Pula 45 km. In the extension of the terrace there is a private pool with a decorated beach with 8 deckchairs and 3 umbrellas. Casa Iria offers breathtaking views of the sea from which it is 1.5 km away. The nearest shop and restaurant are 2 km away in the Tunarica campsite, where you can also rent a kayak, pedal boat.

The sea view is offered from a part of the BBQ area and from the master bedroom with a balcony :) The villa is modern, comfortable, and tastefully furnished.
