The studio is part of the house, but not shared, and has a private entrance and private patio area. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, the beach and popular downtown area are a 5 minute drive. Casper Queen bed, Wifi, Smart TV with HBO and cable, microwave, frig, toaster, Kerig coffee.
