The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Free parking space behind the house. Smart TV. Netflix + NRK but NOT channels. Two large bedrooms. Two 90x200 beds and two 80x190 guest beds in one room. A 160 bed and a crib on the other. Well-equipped kitchen with most things you need. Small garden nook with bench and table. The host himself lives on the 2nd floor.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Stedet mitt er nærme 5 min walk from several nice beaches and 10 min walk from natural resort Helleviga and Romsviga. By car it takes 15 min to Kristiansand town centre.. Du vil elske stedet mitt på grunn av Fantastic sea view Nice økologic wooden massive house In the middle of the nature but still close to town . Stedet mitt er bra på par, reiser alene, bedriftsreisende, familier (med barn) og pelskledde venner (kjæledyr).

Gluba Treetop Cabins "Furunåla"

Koselig tretopphytte i trærne på Harkmark til leie året rundt. Hytten er godt isolert og har en vedovn klar til bruk.Hytten består ellers av et lite kjøkken,toalett,ett soverom og hems med dobbel seng. Sovesofa med plass til 2 i stuen.Uteområdet inneholder et stort spisebord, bålpanne og en hengekøye. Nedenfor hytta er det et vann hvor det er satt ut 8 kano som en kan låne gratis,samt en gapahuk med grillmuligheter.
