Three kayaks. Two EV chargers. Electricity and firewood are charged separately.

Two bedrooms have family bunks with 180 cm beds downstairs and 90 cm upstairs. The last bedroom has a regular double bed. Dining room with space for 12 people. Heating with heating cables in the floor, heat pump and wood stove. Wireless network (fiber). AppleTV available.

Centrally located residence with walking distance to Hamresanden, one of Sørlandet's finest beaches, and a short distance to freshwater swimming area in Hamrevann. The home is also a 5-minute drive to Sørlandsenteret and 10 minutes to the zoo. Kristiansand city center is 15 minutes away. The house has a lot of nice hiking terrain nearby and good sun conditions from morning to evening.
