Enjoy the archipelago in Blindleia - the tranquility of the warm garden - or all the fun things to do there such as: disc golf course with 3 baskets, table tennis, billiards, volleyball, trampoline, cricket, badminton, football, darts, etc. There are three dinghies available for hire for boating enthusiasts (16 ft with 25 HP and 12 ft with 5 HP, deposit NOK 1,500), as well as a small 9 ft dinghy. Three kayaks. Two EV chargers. Electricity and firewood are charged separately.

Short distance to shops, city center, hiking areas and swimming areas. The home is ideal for families with children. Great undisturbed garden with path down to the swimming area and Svaberg. 10 minutes walk to Bertes (beach). The house is located about 12 km from Kristiansand Zoo. There is no TV or internet in the house.
