Large, new single-family home with room for two families. Swimming area and playground nearby. Very central, 10 minutes to the center, Kristiansand center and Dyreparken. Peaceful and child-friendly area. Sleeping places for 10 people, but mattresses can be brought. There are also 3 simple air mattresses that you can borrow. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and several terraces with garden furniture and barbecue. Sunny terraces. Electric car chargers are available for guests. Use of the charger costs NOK 100 per 24-hour period and is agreed upon when booking or upon arrival

Here you live in a peaceful neighborhood in Søm. 12 min by car to the Zoo and 10 min to the city center. Access to electric car charger. Private outdoor area with hot tub. Kiwi, pharmacy and beach are within walking distance. Rain? No problem! 3 x Apple TV, PS5, PS4, beads, lots of toys and games solve it. Water spreader, small children's pool and trampoline ready for use on hot days. 4 bedrooms for 8 people. Possibility to set up 2 extra beds on 1 floor. Part of a semi-detached house.

Great base for those who want to vacation in Kristiansand. The property is located just north of Kristiansand city center. Very child-friendly and quiet area. Parking 50 meters from the entrance. Large sofa with 75-inch TV. Dining table with room for 8 and well equipped kitchen. The balcony has seating for 6 and I also have a Weber Summit S-670 gas grill that can be used freely. Possibility of charging in the basement, but this must be agreed upon and I have to open the gate from the phone. I charge NOK 150 per charge.

Pleasant and affordable house for rent.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. It has a lovely garden and a patio where you can enjoy the sun from 10:00 am to 10:30 pm throughout the summer. There is space for two cars on the property. You have 3 bedrooms, two of which have double beds. It takes 17 minutes to drive to Dyreparken, 5 minutes to the city centre. We are so lucky to have great hiking trails and lovely swimming areas in the immediate vicinity. People who have visited say the house is nice. You are welcome to book.

Also ideal for those who need to immerse themselves in work undisturbed. We rent out the guest house on our yard, a lovely little house on the edge of the forest. The house is in solid wood, designed by Trollvegg Arkitektstudio and was completed in 2022. It is located in the back of the property, with the forest as the closest neighbor. Welcome to us!

New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

The house is located at the end of the road, so there is no traffic in the area. 70 meters to the beach and jetty with boat that is included in the rent. New Pionier 14 boat with a 9.9 Yamaha engine with electric start and chartplotter. Long beach that is suitable for the little ones. Large lawn with trampoline by the beach. Sup boards and kayaks can be borrowed. By boat you are in Norway's finest archipelago with many small islets and islands. Sauna available for tenants.
