The apartment is located on the ground floor of an old stone house from the beginning of the 20th century. The house is completely renovated in a rustic style. The accommodation is decorated as a country house in a modern way.The house is situated in a quiet place with lots of greenery and the sea is only 3 km away. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem.
