In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large living room with dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is about 60 square meters. The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

We ourselves are so fond of this beautiful spot on earth that we would like to let others have a part in it and offer it for rent here. It offers you space for 6 people in three double rooms on a total of three levels as standard. House with a garden in a quiet location on the outskirts of Leipzig. Top connected to Leipzig city center (tram every 10 min, stop virtually on the doorstep). By car, it's about 20 minutes to the city center, by train or bike about 30 minutes. There are two bedrooms in the house, each with a double bed (1x box spring bed, 1x sofa bed) and a fold-out lounger. Underfloor heating everywhere. Wood for the fireplace in the garden is available.

Vacation home near Auensee

Combine your city trip with a little nature. A few minutes' walk away is Lake Auensee and the entrance to the almost endless Auwald for hikes, bike tours and other activities. The concert hall "Haus Auensee" is a 15-minute walk away. In the other direction, you get on the tram 150 m away and are in the city center in 20 minutes without changing trains for various sights. Supermarket and restaurants can be found within 200 m.

The small guest apartment with ❄️air conditioning❄️, bathroom and mini-kitchen with fridge comprises the entire 4th floor. Towels and bedding are provided. You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.
