Located 40 minutes from Bordeaux and 15 minutes from Saint-Émilion. Independent rental located on the banks of the Dordogne and the Gamage River with its waterfall. Very quiet environment with a large flower garden and a large terrace. You will find, on the ground floor, a large living room with lounge and dining area but there is a kitchen (coffee maker, fog, mini-oven, microwave, fridge, toaster) and upstairs, 2 bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom. Gîte with pond and wooded park, 15 minutes from St Emilion

Cottage for nature lovers, in the extension of our home. The exteriors are composed of 2 parts, one private with deckchairs, garden table and chairs, barbecue, the other common, accessible by road. The common area is our garden, composed of a 3000 m2 pond, a 2 ha wooded park and springs, a haven of peace where you can enjoy the calm lulled by the sound of water and birdsong.
