From here, you can walk or cycle straight into nature: to nearby sand dunes, lovely villages or wide open landscapes. The lively city of Breda is just 15 minutes by bike. The accommodation has a bathroom, cozy box bed and kitchenette. Enjoy the sounds of birds, playful squirrels and all the greenery around you. Bed and breakfast "Villa Pats", is located in the beautiful village of Gilze, also popularly known as "Gils". Gilze is a small village in the middle of Brabant, with many places of interest. Gilze is located in a very wooded and quiet area. The cottage has its own entrance and private parking space. Gilze is located between the major cities of Tilburg and Breda and half an hour from Antwerp and Rotterdam. Amusement park "De Efteling" and Safari Park "De Beekse Bergen" are also very close by.

In the garden, you can enjoy the hot tub in peace.

Villa Forestier, a beautiful villa situated in one of the oldest forests of the Netherlands. This atmospheric house is ideal for guests who are looking for a peaceful stay. Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

Our vacation villa offers everything for an unforgettable vacation. The villa has all the comforts and has, among other things, a canopy with a seating area and a fire pit. For the children, there is plenty of fun with their own football field, a playhouse with slide, a trampoline and a ping pong table. At the holiday park itself, there are various facilities, such as a restaurant, a swimming pool, a mini golf course and tennis courts. Everything is available for a perfect vacation!

The gem of Parc de Kievit

Come and enjoy the beautiful surroundings at the Kievit in Baarle Nassau! From the cottage, you can walk or cycle into the nature area! The Kievit is a green vacation park near the Belgian border. On one side, you will find the center of Baarle-Nassau with many dining options & shops. On the other side, nature where you can go hiking and biking. At the park, you can use an outdoor swimming pool (temporarily closed from Sept. 2025), miniature golf, and tennis court.

Koetshuis Kaatsheuvel: charming rural cottage

This cozy, atmospheric, detached cottage is an outbuilding on our property in the outskirts of Kaatsheuvel. The former coach house has been converted into a family-friendly vacation home and can accommodate up to 5 people. Enjoy the beautiful, rural garden with plenty of play opportunities for the children. Go to the Efteling, the Loonse and Drunsense dunes, for example, and enjoy the tranquility and good atmosphere of this cottage and the garden when you return.
