Note: Owners reserve the garage for personal use only; it isn't accessable to guests.

When Jeff and I designed this house we wanted to create something unique, something that reflected how much we enjoyed life and spending time with our loved ones. Come enjoy a cozy and quiet stay directly on the Cape Fear River! Take in all the beauty of the backyard no matter the season! Wake up to a fresh cup of coffee and head on down to the river via a private bridge and view the sunrise! Spend the day riding the provided mountain bikes on the Cape Fear River Trail just outside the neighborhood entrance. The Riverfront cottage is centrally located to I-95 & 295, Methodist University, Fort Bragg, and downtown Fayetteville.

Stunning, private, one-of-a-kind unique home that is perfect for a vacation, staycation, special occasion, or everyday celebration of life. Built by renown modernist architect Frank Harmon, the 2128 square foot home on 1.3 acres was crafted with meticulous attention to detail. Inside the home, you are nestled amongst the tree tops while being surprisingly close to restaurants, shopping, downtown Raleigh, Wake Med, UNC, Duke, and the Research Triangle Park.

You'll feel like you're getting away from it all in this modern, private tiny house in the trees (even though you're minutes from Duke, and downtown Durham, and loads of shopping and restaurants). All the right amenities are here - full kitchen, laundry, A/C, and high-speed internet - but don't be surprised if you find yourself opting to relax in the swing on the screened-in porch while you soak in the sounds of the birds and the trees instead.

Built in the 1930's from a Rehoboth Beach cabin design; the "Clubhouse" was built for out-of-town city guests to get a little peace and quiet in rural NC. Newly refurbished, family friendly, with plenty of forested land for exploring, camper/trailer parking and fenced pasture with water. Free wi-fi. Pets welcome - two pet limit. Pasture may be suitable to horses who won't jump the fence and can get along with 3-4 heifers.
