Raskoš mirisa , zvukova i boja kakav samo jedan otok može imati . Kuća je nova , izgradnja 2024.g. Uređena u ugodnom stilu mediterana i bogato opremljena . Pogled na more pruža se iz svake spavaće sobe . Udaljenost do trgovine i restorana je 300 m . Otok je dobro povezan trajektnim linijama iz Zadra i Biograda na moru, svakih sat vremena.

Our villa is located in a small charming village called Dračevac Ninski, just 17 km from center of old town Zadar. Villa is close to shops, restaurants and a lot of beaches.<br>It is surrounded by 4 National parks. <br><br>Exterior of the house is amazing. You will enjoy in large garden with a lot of olive trees and vineyards. Also there is a swimming pool with massage system, barbecue and playground for traditional dalmatian game called boccie.

The house consists of 5 bedrooms, living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, roof terrace with jacuzzi for five person, sauna and gym. All rooms are air-conditioned and two rooms have a private bathroom. The house has a small tennis court, a football field and children playground.Our guests have private parking, free WiFi and barbecue. All contents are private.
