Unique studio in Old Town Clovis - THE PEACH SUITE

The Peach Suite is a unique little 700-square-foot open floor-plan studio. It's just perfect for two. This little backhouse and the front Garden House (a 100-year-old Craftsman) have been restored and made beautiful again. This unique little studio is on a large half-acre lot in Old Town Clovis, which is close enough to walk to many restaurants and local activities like Farmers' Markets. The Peach Suite has everything you need. The shower and bathroom are small but they definitely do the job.

Escape to nature in our Manzanita Tiny Cabin. This is one of two tiny houses on our property. Enjoy the views and the stars on the peaceful 24 acres this cabin shares. Located 4.2 miles to Bass Lake, 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include stocked kitchen with Keurig, queen bed, sofa bed, and small sleeping loft w/queen mattress. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, stargazing or playing the 6-hole disc golf course.

Our cottage will offer you the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. A fresh cup of coffee on the back patio as the sun comes up, or a home cooked meal as the sun sets. This studio guest house sleeps 2 and is located in a quiet neighborhood which a great place to take a walk and enjoy the wildlife and mountain views. It has its own private entrance and small porch with garden seating.
