We share 10 acres of Coarsegold Creek w/wildlife galore. Yosemite entrance is a 54 min drive, 50 more min to the valley floor. Perfect stop for Mother Lode or Yosemite travel, central for travel throughout CA. Property, pool/hottub, is perfect retreat! Unique studio in Old Town Clovis - THE PEACH SUITE

The Peach Suite is a unique little 700-square-foot open floor-plan studio. It's just perfect for two. This little backhouse and the front Garden House (a 100-year-old Craftsman) have been restored and made beautiful again. This unique little studio is on a large half-acre lot in Old Town Clovis, which is close enough to walk to many restaurants and local activities like Farmers' Markets. The Peach Suite has everything you need. The shower and bathroom are small but they definitely do the job.

Escape to nature in our Manzanita Tiny Cabin. This is one of two tiny houses on our property. Enjoy the views and the stars on the peaceful 24 acres this cabin shares. Located 4.2 miles to Bass Lake, 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include stocked kitchen with Keurig, queen bed, sofa bed, and small sleeping loft w/queen mattress. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, stargazing or playing the 6-hole disc golf course.

There's a seasonal river to swim in with rock pools to swim in thats visible from your deck which wraps around the entire home. Another custom deck features hot shower coming out the granite boulders and clawfoot tub overlooking the river. The Garden House - Studio by Yosemite & Bass Lake

The Garden House is a great jumping off point for all of your mountain adventures! Nearby you will find Bass Lake (15 min) and the southern entrance to Yosemite National Park (30 min). The town of Oakhurst offers restaurants, cute shops, grocery stores & more. This studio guest house sleeps 2 and is located in a quiet neighborhood which a great place to take a walk and enjoy the wildlife and mountain views. It has its own private entrance and small porch with garden seating.
