Very beautiful villa with swimming pool and sea view, quiet, 100m walk from East Rayol beach. Access to the village and its shops in 10 minutes on foot. Un joli appartement maçonné de 55m2 dans une petite copropriété. Dans la verdure, il est au calme et avec une joli vue mer. Il comprend une grande terrasse plein sud et un petit jardin arboré. ll est à 80 m de la plage du Canadel à pied par un accès privé, sans route à traverser. Il a une place réservée dans un parking privé. A 30m de la voie verte, de jolies promenades à faire le long de la côte, à vélo ou à pied. Le Jardin du Rayol et le centre du village sont à 20mn pied.

You will be our only guest! You can rent either our luxurious 33 m2 (353 sq2) studio, equipped for two or this studio plus an extra room, for four (60 m2- 642 sq2 total). The extra room can be added for 2 as an extra option. You would benefit from a 86 m2 (920 sq2) private terrace with a 180° panoramic breath-taking view on the Mediterranean and the Îles d’Or, as well as an amazing pool reserved only for our guests, overlooking the villa, with an equally incredible view!

Very nice sea and beach view as well as the Maures mountains The apartment, on the 2nd and top floor of a small condominium, is located less than 50 m from the Canadel beach. Access , on foot is secure. It includes: a living room with a nice ceiling height, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (bathtub), a master bedroom with shower room, a second bedroom (sheets, towels included). The 15 m2 wooden terrace is open-plan (plancha available).

Breathtaking view of the sea and islands

Relax in an idyllic setting with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and the islands. You will be close to small beaches, in a secure and very wooded residence. Our garden level is located a little on the heights to admire this magnificent Mediterranean sea and its islands. This is a small one bedroom apartment and a beautiful garden where you will always find a small corner in the shade. I recommend lunch under the bougainvillea
