Within walking distance of the center of Realmonte. With independent entrance on the 2nd floor, with kitchen, sofa bed, bedroom with balcony, bedroom with 2 beds, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and laundry. There is the possibility of having private parking in front of the accommodation and a large balcony with sea view.

The apartment with a sea view and residential swimming pool is located in a residence 1.5 km from the wonderful Scala dei Turchi and 1 km from the Lido Rossello beach, a few km from the Valley of the Temples and the Pergole and Giallonardo beaches. House with all amenities: Wi-Fi, washing machine, private outdoor parking, kitchen, bedroom, small bedroom with two single beds, living room with sofa bed. The air conditioning is only in the living room but can cool the whole apartment.
