Quinta Vila Rachel - Winery - Flora House

Quinta Vila Rachel is located in the Natural Park of Vale do Tua, in the heart of the Douro Region, with an activity focused on wine tourism and the production of natural and organic wines. Our Farm offers its guests an organic pool where they can relax enjoying the unique landscapes of the Tua Valley. The Farm also have wine tasting activities, where the latest harvests can be tasted, as well as visits to the cellar and vineyards, where the organic and sustainable production is practiced.*

Mare's shop

It was here, in my grandfather's time, that the mare he rode when he went to the fairs in Vinhais, or to deal with other matters of the couple, a couple in Vila Nova da Rainha, was housed. The mare was an elegant, reddish-brown animal that fascinated me whenever I went to wait for my grandfather on his trips and rides. There were certainly horses, donkeys, but my memory goes to this wonderful mare, on horseback from which I went to Vinhais, to take the exam of the then 4th class.

Recanto da Encosta

Overlooking Serra da Nogueira, Recanto da Encosta is a Local Accommodation house in the village of Carrazedo, 18 km from Bragança. With a remodeled interior space, but maintaining the exterior facades, it has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It has a bedroom, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and equipped kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their meals. Unique house, unique views. Recently renovated, it is a five-minute walk from downtown Bragança and also a 5-minute walk from Bragança Castle (historical center). The house has several patios where you can use the barbecue, the pool, relax in the hammock or sunbathe. The photos are enlightening. THE SPACE IS SO UNIQUE THAT IT HAS THE TRANQUILITY OF A RURAL SPACE BUT IS IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY OF BRAGANÇA. The heated pool can be used until November and from February.
