Steve & Peggy's home in Matawa was neat, clean and uncluttered and easy to settle into. The three bedrooms are spacious, there's a larger central area open to the kitchen. Easy to park in the garage. A nice view of the river from the home. We didn't cook but the coffee pot was perfect! A short walk away is access to the Priest Rapids Recreation Area. There is a level trail along the river. We walked this both days we were there. Nice walk, birding opportunity and easy exercise. If you go north, the trail is paved. Going south the trail becomes gravel. Both directions are good. Communication was great, emails questions were answered promptly, and we had check in information a few days ahead. We left a pair of shoes, and Steve and Peggy have been great arranging a way for us to pick them up. Very kind and easily arranged. We would be happy to stay here again and recommend this listing. Came for a girls weekend for my bday. The house is absolutely lovely and Briana was very helpful and responsive with some questions we had. I want to buy this house I loved it so much! The neighbors do have a view of the pool and hot tub but that didn’t bother us. They were respectful as well.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was close to everything in town. The home itself had plenty of space. We loved the two master suites with private baths. The home easily accommodated our four kids, 18mo and up, and had everything we needed. The furniture and decor were thoughtfully designed, creating a comfortable and homey atmosphere. Plus, the natural light and great views made it an even more enjoyable space to spend time in. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious and family-friendly place to stay!

Four of us stayed here for 1 months for a clinical rotation for school. We had plenty of space and really enjoyed the home. Anytime we had an issue or question, the hosts responded within an hour! Great spot if traveling for work or school.
