The Pepin Marina Retreat: Main Floor Studio Apartment is across from the Pepin Marina in the quaint village of Pepin Wisconsin. The open floor plan layout is the former home to an ice cream shop built in 2010, with a brand new kitchen and island peninsula, with a view to the lake. This loft-style space is perfect for two people (but could accommodate more kids on pull-out couches for up to 5 people to share). This can be rented solo or in combination with the upstairs cottage apartment!

Trout Lily Farm is a beautiful, peaceful six acre hobby farm. The Tiny has its own semi-private area by apple trees and a scenic barn, with its own patio table/chairs, barbecue, and firepit. This 168 square foot one-level Tiny is suitable for 1-2 guests (one queen bed). Running purified water, electrical/propane stainless appliances, full tub/shower, composting toilet, internet. Fully furnished, with dishes, coffee maker and electric kettle, linens and toiletries.

Visit the cats anytime between the hours of 9am-9pm on the days you are booked! Marley and Teddy are the resident cats there and they will keep you company! Our spacious 900 sq. ft. studio/loft was once the art studio used by a local children’s book illustrator. You will notice some of her artwork and photos displayed throughout. The studio was designed with the intention of accommodating 2– 4 people. Our studio is beautiful, peaceful and private. Extra sanitizing practices are being taken for your safety.
