Having 3 bedrooms and a lovely furnished terrace, this is a holiday home in Zelhem, immersed in tranquility. It is located at the edge of woods and makes a great stay for a family with children or a group of 6 friends. Zelhem is known as the green heart of the Achterhoek, where you can enjoy peace and space. You can take beautiful walks and cycling trips in the region. Other Hanseatic towns like Doesburg, Zutphen, or Deventer are also relatively close by. The holiday home has a large garden in which you can hear many birds chirping and start your day with a healthy breakfast. On the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the enormous garden and fully unwind with all the nature surrounding you. There is a barbecue to enjoy your evenings with smoked meals. Indoors, the sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a cozy place for a hangout. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals of your choice. A children's bed and a high chair are available. A spacious renovated farm offering room for 12 to 16 people in total. The Een zeer ruime modern verbouwde boerderij die plaats biedt aan 12 tot 16 personen in totaal. The floors are rented seperately and each have room for 6 to 8 guests. The farm is fitted with all the amenities for a pleasant and luxurious stay. The farm was completely renovated in 2016. High quality materials were used and the finish is in a modern / Industrial style with steel and woord but has kept its cosy character. Combined with the rural location, a stay in the farm offers a unique experience.

U waant zich werkelijk in 'n paradijs met volledige privacy. Het huis is voorzien van alle comfort en luxe, inclusief 'n heerlijke houtkachel. Natuurlijk is ook uw huisdier van harte welkom. De ruime bostuin is achter en naast het huis volledig omheind zodat uw hond er lekker kan rondbanjeren. Hond svp niet op bed

Das Anwesen befindet sich gegenüber von Kaiserswerth und 6,2 KM von Meerbusch entfernt. Zur Innenstadt nach Düsseldorf sind es 19km (24min), zum Flughafen Düsseldorf 16Km (17min), zur Messe Düsseldorf 15km (20min). Ruhig gelegen direkt an Rheindamm umgibt das Haus ein 10.000qm Garten. Das Haus selber, gebaut 1958, ist zweigeschossig mit ca. 370qm Wohnfläche. Es gibt zwei großzügige Wohnzimmer . Die Einrichtung ist modern klassisch. Op deze unieke plek kun je genieten van de IJssel, de schitterende vergezichten en zonsondergangen, met een strandje aan je voeten, waar je kunt zwemmen tussen de kribben. 's Avonds zittend bij een vuurtje op de dijk, én op loopafstand van het sfeervolle centrum van Zutphen! De uiterwaarden liggen naast het huis, waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen en genieten van de rust. Je kunt onze 2persoons kayak lenen en het water opgaan, en er is een flipperkast in huis! De woning is zeer ruim met 140m2.

De villa is geschikt voor maximaal 8 gasten en bevindt zich op 3 fietsminuten naar het station en 16 tot 22 per trein naar hartje Eindhoven, en een directe intercity trein verbinding tussen Deurne en Schiphol. Daarnaast zijn er fantastische wandel, fietsen en mtb routes in de buurt. - Grote villa met veel woonruimte en privacy. - Geschikt voor een gezellig en aktief weekend met je vrienden groep, gezin of familie. - Zeer geschikt om je terug te trekken als bedrijf voor een teamsessie.

Villa Issum is history. The monumental villa dates from 1914, has been completely renovated into group accommodation and is fully equipped, without affecting the authentic atmosphere. The beautiful terrazzo still adorns the floors. The house is located in Germany in the village of Issum, only a 30-minute drive from Venlo. The atmosphere is friendly, cozy and there are always fresh flowers. Play a game of jeu de boules and have breakfast in the morning sun on the terrace in the garden.

Het huis is eigentijds ingericht met uitzicht op het water. Er zijn 5 verschillende terrassen waaronder 2 gezellige veranda’s waarvan 1 met een houtkachel. De badkamer met een regendouche ervaren de gasten als een wellness ruimte. In de royale slaapkamer op de begane grond staat een kingsize 2- en een goed 1-persoonsbed. Op de eerste verdieping een 2-persoonsbed in een aparte open ruimte. Het grote gazon is beschikbaar voor een heerlijk potje voetbal of badminton!
