Penthouse, next to Noma, with skyline view of Copenhagen 15 min to the airport, 7 min by bike to Nyhavn. You can rent bikes close by. Luxury accessories, inside bio fireplace, large teressa with bbq grill overlooking the queens palace and the marina. Sauna on the premises with access to swim in the ocean. The apartment is located on the main deck where you have a combined kitchen, living and sleeping area at your disposal. To the aft of the ship you can access a cozy covered outdoor area from where you can enjoy the sun all afternoon until sunset with a spectacular view over the harbor, historical Navy base Holmen, Langelinje & so forth. There is a 180X200CM bed for the adults and a 120cm children's bed if relevant. Fully insulated with underfloor heating for comfortable all year use.

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.

The house is ocean fronting and very close to the sand beaches of Amager Strand, the kayak / SUP rentals and icecream shops.
