Nice townhouse with 4 rooms

Nice place with room for fun and trouble. There are 4 rooms (one without bed), 1 large bathroom and 1 toilet. There is a nice little garden with trampoline, gas grill and garden table, sofa and chairs. There is an open kitchen, living room, living room. everything is in great condition and well decorated. However, the floor is a bit squeaky and the doors bind, as it's not a new house. But is nice and nice to be. You'll have the house alone, but when it's not rented out, I live here with my two children. There will therefore be private items in the home.

The town house is perfect for couples, families and friends who want to stay close to lots of tourist attractions in the middle of Copenhagen K. The house have direct access to a small courtyard where you will find garden furnitures and a barbecue. 1 open bedroom with a double bed 180x200. 1 kids room with a bed 120x200 downstairs. 1 kids room with a bed 140x200 on the loft. 10 min walk from the train station & less than 5 min to the " street " where all the shops and restaurants are. The architect's own house

Our house is both unique, charming and well functioning. Every room has its own character, including a newly renovated bathroom (e.g. Japanese toilet), bedroom and kitchen-dining area with access to a sunny, idyllic and spacious private backyard. Located in the famous "Kartoffelrækkerne", the house is close both to coffee shops and places to eat, SMK (National Gallery of Denmark), public transport (metro, buses) and to the city center (20 minutes of walk). Access to bikes (two) is included.

Hav en god tur i Danmark i denne rolige og stilfulde bolig. Huset ligger lige ved smuk strand, havn og stort indkøbscenter samt Tog eller egen bil til Københavns Centrum er 24 min. Møns klints Geo center 50 min. Roskilde domkirke 25 min. Hamlets slot 55 min. Kulturelle steder og underholdning er inden for kort afstand. We rent out our wonderful and historical, build in 1876, townhouse, located just by the Copehagen city lakes and just a short walk to lots of attractions in Copenhagen.
