It takes about 25 minutes on foot to get to the center, by bus about 5 minutes, with a stop 150 meters away. There are plenty of shopping facilities (Penny, Rewe, butcher, baker....) which are easily accessible on foot. The apartment is completely renovated and actually equipped with everything you need to live. There is no separate apartment key.
