Family-friendly cottage in the most beautiful hiking area! Our small Einödhof is located in the most beautiful valley of the Bavarian Forest, hidden on the mountain slope in the forest and only accessible via a forest path. Our visitors enjoy the tranquility and naturalness of the place and the coziness of their holiday home. In front of the log cabin there is a sheltered sitting area with sandpit and campfire area. A few meters away there is a small mountain pond. Bathing is allowed, but the water is ice cold.

We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

COZY Apartment in Bavarian Forest+POOL+SAUNA+Ntflx

Here you can expect a stay full of rest, relaxation or action in the middle of the Bavarian Forest! The apartment is centrally located in the glass city and climatic health resort Zwiesel, in the middle of the skiing, hiking, action and recreation area, surrounded by numerous hiking trails, trails, ski and cross-country ski slopes. In the apartment awaits you a coffee maker, washer + dryer, Netflix, a cozy double bed, WiFi, etc.. Also relax in the in-house swimming pool, sauna or steam bath.

Vacation home

Holiday cottage from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire separate cottage with a living room with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, along with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). All in Šumavské Podlesí. You can use the garden and seating with a grill. Guests have full privacy.

Log Cabin in Sankt Englmar

The mountain hut was built using regional craftsmanship from local spruce trunks, in the Canadian log cabin style. The house is individually and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. Our own Starlink system provides you with high-speed internet. Bringing pets is possible by arrangement. Spa tax Adults (> 16 years) 2.30 EUR / day Children & young people (6 – 16 years) 1.40 / day People with a GDB of 80% or more and their accompanying person are exempt from the spa tax.

The kitchen in the Charlet is fully equipped. The living room has an extendable living area with a TV and soundbox. The bedrooms are equipped with round wood beds (2m x 2m) and Mako-Satin bedding. The chalet offers an indoor sauna with sauna towels, bathrobes and sanuaaromen for infusion. The approx. 50 sqm terrace offers a heated hot tub and sitting lounge with barbecue. On an approx. 2000 sqm property, every guest enjoys maximum privacy.

Quiet relaxation in the heart of nature

Take a break and unwind in the peaceful village of Zwieslerwaldhaus right at the foot of the Falkenstein mountain 1315 m above sea level in the very heart of the German national park Bayerische Wald. The apartment is an ideal starting point for outdoor activities. In summer, you can go hiking or cycling. In winter, you will also find a groomed cross-country ski trail right behind the house. And you can relax in the sauna all year round.

We are the Stöckl family and we are happy to welcome you to our vacation home completed in 2021. Asberg is a small village belonging to the municipality of Innernzell. We are affiliated with the Sonnenwald vacation region. The Bavarian Forest National Park is very close. On approx. 200 square meters, a modern, comfortable and cozy ambience awaits you, ideal for 2-3 families or a large family / group.
