Holiday rentals with beach access in Reggio Calabria

Where do I start! This has to be one of the best Airbnb we have stayed in anywhere in the world and fitted our needs perfectly. Firstly, we had the warmest welcome from Marisca who showed us around, gave us a fab recommendations for dinner & together with Carmelo, proved to be the perfect hosts who felt like real friends by the time we left. The apartment is stylishly presented, spotlessly clean, has quality appliances & bedding, smells gorgeous, is so comfortable, quiet & private with a sensational balcony! It’s spacious, covered and has the most magical view across to Sicily. The weather wasn’t especially kind to us but we didn’t care as it was so beautiful and peace just watching the waves away from the hustle & bustle though Reggio Calabria is only a short drive away. Marisca & Carmelo are the most wonderful people, made us feel so welcome & we can’t thank them enough for their generous hospitality. This was the highlight of our holiday and we’d love to return.

Il mio soggiorno in questo Airbnb è stato eccellente. Il posto è comodo, pulito e ben posizionato. Inoltre, il proprietario è molto gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Senza dubbio, lo consiglierei e ci tornerei volentieri.

Situé au rez de chaussée, le logement d'Antonia est très accessible (possibilité de se garer devant la maison, sans escalier). Décoré avec beaucoup de soin, il est vraiment agréable et confortable. C'est l'emplacement idéal pour visiter Reggio! La communication avec Antonia est rapide, fluide et efficace. Y séjourner est un bon choix !

La struttura di Filippo è stata da subito accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ben oltre le aspettative visto il costo. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione qualsiasi cosa si potesse chiedere da una casa al mare. Posizione estremamente comoda, vicinissima al mare e alla stazione ferroviaria di Scilla. Filippo è una persona che ti fa sentire a tuo agio, pronto a dare consigli sul territorio e tanto altro. Consigliato per una vacanza di relax sulla Costa Viola.

Ottima struttura, con tutti i comfort necessari, la consiglierei a tutte quelle persone che vogliono godersi Reggio Calabria, grazie a lui ho potuto assistere al giuramento dei carabinieri della mia futura moglie Una struttura davvero moderna e con tutto ciò che occorre all’interno, affaccia sul mare e si trova a pochissimi passi dalla stazione e dai principali ristoranti e negozi della via principale. Antonio é una persona squisita, sono arrivato in stazione che pioveva a dirotto e si é offerto di darmi un passaggio oltre che spiegarmi tutto quello che riguardasse la struttura. É una persona molto attenta ai dettagli e non si fa problemi ad accontentare i clienti che scelgono di soggiornare li. Non rimarrete delusi, é un bellissimo salotto curato, minimal e moderno, vi accoglierá una bravissima persona dal cuore d’oro, raro al giorno d’oggi. Grazie di tutto Antonio, é stata la mia prima volta dove pago e sono anche felice😂 viva il sud.

Domus Austria is a cozy little house on the seafront in a quiet area of ​​Messina and has the most beautiful sunset in the world! Communication with the host is perfect and check in was very smooth with the help of Maria Rita, the friendliness in person. I would have liked to have stayed longer to enjoy the beach better and sleep listening to the noise of the sea more nights.

Nous sommes restées pour une semaine et avons adoré le logement ainsi que la ville de Bova Marina, tout était facilement accessible à pied et nous nous sommes retrouvées bien accueillies :) La gare et la mer ne sont à même pas 5 minutes du logement, les paysages sont superbes et le quartier très calme. Nous espérons revenir pour une plus longue durée !

We have entirely enjoyed our stay at Anna’ s accommodation. The apartment is located in the old town and there are several good restaurants around the apartment, one of which was recommended by Anna. The communication with the host has been smooth. I hope that we can come back.

Bel appartement spacieux en bord de mer. Proche de Réggio et Scilla. Lits très confortables. Hôtes sympathiques qui répondent vite. Nous avons eu le droit à des petites attentions à notre arrivée. Il y avait les draps et lits faits, serviettes + serviettes de rechange. Brosses à dents et dentifrice neufs. Salle de de bain un peu humide. C'est mieux de mettre les serviettes à sécher dans le salon ou dehors.

We kregen een bijzonder hartelijk welkom in het heerlijke huis direct aan het strand. Vrienden van Enzo stonden klaar met uitgebreide informatie en een lekkere fles rosé (dank Ewa en Salvatore!). De supermarkt en een geweldige koffiebar zijn op loopafstand. Het huis is niet bijzonder luxe ingericht maar daar ben je niet vaak. Op het strand, op het balkon of onder het huis in de schaduw is het erg fijn! De airco in iedere kamer werkt uitstekend. De trein komt een paar keer per uur dicht langs het huis, maar 's nachts rijdt hij niet. Dan is het lekker rustig. Wij bevelen het huis zeker aan!

Casa a 2 passi dal mare. Pulita e accogliente, fornita di tutto, ben attrezzata ed organizzata. Purtroppo il telefono prende poco, ma è un problema che c'è un po' in tutto il paese. Abbiamo dormito freschi nonostante l'assenza dei condizionatori. La wi-FI non ci è mancata, anzi è stata un'occasione per staccare la spina con i social e tutto il resto. Rosaria è stata gentile e impeccabile.

Graziella and Antonio are very welcoming and responsive and made us feel like family. Graziella greeted us and gave us a thorough tour of the house and the grounds. The Villa is well equipped and spacious with a stunning view of the Strait of Messina and Sicily. The Villa is located minutes from the city of Reggio and easy access to other towns in the region. We had an amazing time and hope to return one day.

Casa grande e spaziosa, fornita di molte comodità tutte utili. Bella la spiaggia che si trova davanti a casa, per nulla affollata. Ottima la posizione, in 10 minuti si è a Scilla in macchina o con il treno, molto comodo. Host gentile e molto reattivo, consigliato.

Rosina was such a graceful and attentive host. She made delicious breakfast every morning and made sure you felt right at home. She was so service minded and kind. Cannot fault the host or the space.

Carlo is a very friendly and welcoming host. The apartment is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. We slept incredibly well from the first night - the waves are right below the apartment, exactly as described. We were very happy with our stay, and sad to leave. Thank you for the hospitality, Carlo!

Peta was a very good host. She was so kind and had put thoughts on every little detail when it commes to accomodation. We felt in the apartment like home. 😊

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im AirBnB. Der Check-In und check out war sehr flexibel, da wir nachts ankamen und auch nachts wieder gegangen sind. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Ausstattung entsprechend der Beschreibung. Das WLAN hätte bessere Verbindung haben können, aber ansonsten hat alles gepasst :)

Tutto perfetto, il rapporto qualita' costo era ottimo. Va detto pero' che la zona in estate e' sicuramente piu' viva, ci sono alcuni lidi che avevano gia' chiuso il 15 settembre. In generale l'area non e' delle migliori, marciapiedi malridotti, molte strutture abbandonate, centro citta' lontano (1h con gli autobus). La casa dispone di un salone ed un terrazzo vista mare bellissimi. Arredamento mediamente buono, anche se qualche dettaglio andrebbe rivisto (probabilmente). Ma, ripeto, tutto ottimo, soprattutto la disonibilita' e la gentilezza degli host.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nella casa di Alba. Ottima posizione per andare in spiaggia, fare la spesa e uscire la sera. Arredamento moderno e funzionale. Ci è piaciuto molto il terrazzo davanti alla cucina dove poter mangiare. Le stanze da letto sono confortevoli, una silenziosa, le altre un po' meno per via della strada. Proprietario molto gentile e sempre disponibile ad ogni richiesta.

This apartment has a spacious seaside balcony, with direct access to the beach. The apartment is clean, and the washing machine is a plus. Francesco maintains excellent communication, and is a good man.

Magdalena nous a réservé un excellent accueil dans son appartement idéalement situé, à deux pas de la plage. Très disponible par message, elle nous a également tenu informés des activités locales, comme l’ouverture de nouveaux commerces ou les marchés.
