You can access the cycling trail directly from the yard or go snowshoeing on the ice of Pielisjoki. The ski resort Kontiolahti Biathlon is about 10 km away. The landlord lives next door.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Relax in the soft steam of the SAUNA in the terraced house, which was renovated in 2022. In the bedrooms, you'll find ready-pedated beds for a towel. One bedroom has a 160x200cm double bed and the other has 2 beds 90cm wide. Extra beds can be provided if required. The kitchen is well equipped. In the living room you will find a smart TV. Coffee, tea and final cleaning are included in the price!
