Guests have access to the entire cottage, which includes sleeping accommodation for two, a sauna, a toilet and a small kitchen. The location is in a quiet rural environment.  The driveway is right up to the door and there is plenty of parking space in the yard. Allergy-friendly, pets are prohibited. You can access the cycling trail directly from the yard or go snowshoeing on the ice of Pielisjoki. The ski resort Kontiolahti Biathlon is about 10 km away. The landlord lives next door.

However, the building is located on the same property as a single-family home completely separate and with its own entrance. Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

A cozy, 35,5 square meter studio apartment located in the city centre of Joensuu. The studio is in the second floor of a peaceful apartment building. There's a parking spot and an elevator. Bedlinen, towels, soap and shampoo, hair dryer, drying washing machine, kitchenware, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven and stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a 43-inch smart-tv and WI-FI are included.
