Drinking water can be obtained directly from the kitchen faucet. Guests have access to the entire cottage, which includes sleeping accommodation for two, a sauna, a toilet and a small kitchen. A small house on the shore of Lake Pielisjoki. 12 km to the centre of Joensuu and 7 km to the Kontiolahti biathlon stadium. In the courtyard, there is a wood-fired barrel sauna with a landscape window and a hot tub. You can take a dip from your own jetty! Use of the hot tub for the duration of the stay costs 40 euros. There is a tennis/small game court in the yard. This place is perfect for both relaxation and active holidays – there are skiing and outdoor trails nearby. If necessary, ask about the possibility of an extra bed!

Villa Myyry is a cozy and well-equipped villa on the shores of Lake Pielisjoki in the village of Paihola, Kontiolahti. The villa has 77 m downstairs and a large loft. The location is in a quiet rural environment.  The driveway is right up to the door and there is plenty of parking space in the yard. Allergy-friendly, pets are prohibited. You can access the cycling trail directly from the yard or go snowshoeing on the ice of Pielisjoki. The ski resort Kontiolahti Biathlon is about 10 km away. The landlord lives next door.

Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. Small log cabin with spectacular lake views. There is an extendable bed (2x80cm) in the cabin, as well as a kitchenette (running cold water). Sheets and towels provided. Electricity. Rent includes private use of a spacious wood burning sauna by the lake, about 2h per day (sauna also used by the owners). You can book your slot at arrival. Access to hot water in sauna (heated by wood). Dry toilet next to the sauna. Use of a rowing boat. Cabin is located 50 meters from the house of the owners.
