Questa piccola moderna villa è circondata da grandi finestre che vi permetteranno di sentirvi totalmente immersi nella nautura. Il silenzio è totale e la privacy assoluta. Gli ospiti avranno a disposizione la piscina ad uso esclusivo e un posto auto privato. Qui ritroverete la pace dei sensi. Ci troviamo a poca distanza dalle spiagge più famose della Costa Smeralda, a circa 5 minuti di macchina da Porto Rotondo e 25 da Porto Cervo. L'aeroporto di Olbia dista 15 minuti. La posizione è ottima.

Steps from the crystal clear Sardinian sea

Experience a truly exclusive oceanfront experience. Our Front Row house has unobstructed views, located a few steps from several sandy coves with crystal clear waters. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Portion of a stazzo, kitchen with sofa bed and beautiful veranda overlooking the sea and sunsets, bedroom with second veranda overlooking the countryside, spacious bathroom with window accessed from the bedroom. There is a second sofa bed in the room. An outdoor shower and a shared washing machine are available, with a unique sunset view. The other part of Stazzu is inhabited by me, so some spaces can be shared. Beach reachable with a good walk (20 minutes) or in three minutes by car.

We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.

Reserved parking space. Condominium pool. The apartment has a Smart TV (no antenna) and pocket Wi-Fi.

Villetta Ginepro Palau is located in the beautiful Residence Capo d’Orso, surrounded by Sardinia’s natural green landscapes. This newly renovated independent house offers modern comfort with light and natural tones. Just a 4-minute walk from the scenic Portu Mannu beach, it’s perfect for those seeking relaxation and style. Set on a sunny hillside, it’s ideal for nature lovers. A rental car is necessary, with Palau only a 7-minute drive away.

Villa La Cuata

An oasis of peace in one of the most evocative places in North-Sardinia, Costa Paradiso. Enjoy a unique sunset from the two terraces, with spectacular views of the Asinara and the Bocche di Bonifacio. The house has an equipped kitchen, a large living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Wifi is also available, but we doubt you'll use it. A five-minute drive from the sea, surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden.

Located in the quiet, secluded part of Costa Paradiso with its breathtaking coastline as well as hidden, secluded rocky bays and with sea views from all rooms and terraces - just the right place for a relaxing stay in nature. 150 meters from the sea (rocky bay) and 2.5 km to the sandy beach of Li Cossi. 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room and an open guest room, as well as a 15 m pool (open June 15 - September 15).
