The villa therefore offers all the comforts for a relaxing holiday or weekend away. Specially for the kids, there is a trampoline and a playing field to play volleyball, soccer and badminton etc. (You should bring this yourself) There are plenty of opportunities to stay in the surroundings of the villa. Cute and homey garden apartment (65 m2) in the popular Spijkerkwartier in Arnhem, all for yourself! Roomy bathroom with seperate shower and bathtub. Cosy living room, artful decoration, and paintings. Authentic 70s design Poggenpohl kitchen with dishwasher. A supermarket is just around the corner just like the best little coffee place and the yummiest italian food. The city centre is a 2 minutes walk, the nearest train station 5 minutes. Attractive and light 1930s house with 3 spacious bedrooms. This stylish accommodation is perfect for up to 6 people. There are 2 spacious bathrooms and 2 kitchens. On each floor there is a toilet. Enjoy the greenery nearby or even closer: the front yard ;-) Centrally located within walking distance to train station and city center, close to highways. By bike you are so in park Sonsbeek, National Park de Hoge Veluwe, Veluwezoom/Posbank, Oosterbeek or the GelreDome (2km).

Our house is a 5-minute walk from Ede-Wageningen Central Station and a 5-minute drive from the highways. 2.5 km walk to the city center of Ede and in 20 minutes by train in Utrecht and in 50 minutes in Amsterdam. Your own entrance, room with air conditioning (2024) and bathroom. In the middle of the Veluwe. By bike on the heath in 15 minutes and 5 minutes walk to the forest. A wonderful base! Charging the electric car is also one of the possibilities.

There are 2 terraces, one of which is covered. You have a complete kitchen. Electric bicycles can be charged outside under a canopy. In the area, there are plenty of options for cycling, hiking, canoeing and culture. Late check-out on Sundays! No children/pets.
