Our 2018 house is a superb farmhouse, designed by an architect. With 150 m² of living space, 4 bedrooms + a mezzanine. It's very bright thanks to its south and west facing orientation and large bay windows, with direct access to the swimming lane. Located in a private and sought-after residential north of Rennes, 10 mn from the city center - bus stop is 1 mn away - and a stone's throw from the canal and its path. 5 mn from the ring road, it offers access to Saint-Malo or Cancale in 45 mn.

This luxury gîte of 240 m2 is arranged on the ground floor of a very large villa built in 1976, formerly owned by a wealthy industrialist of the "thirty glorious". Renovated while retaining the hedonistic identity of the place, the space is articulated around a 140 m2 room where you can swim, have lunch, relax or listen to music, and a large 40 m2 living room with billiards, 2 m diagonal TV, Canal+... virtual headset, video library, library. Tennis available at any time.
