Our 2018 house is a superb farmhouse, designed by an architect. With 150 m² of living space, 4 bedrooms + a mezzanine. It's very bright thanks to its south and west facing orientation and large bay windows, with direct access to the swimming lane. Located in a private and sought-after residential north of Rennes, 10 mn from the city center - bus stop is 1 mn away - and a stone's throw from the canal and its path. 5 mn from the ring road, it offers access to Saint-Malo or Cancale in 45 mn.

A haven of peace in the middle of nature, the villa is located in a wooded park (2500 m2) overlooking a pond (not accessible). Ideal for a family, it offers large play areas. The accommodation (old barn) is comfortable and made of natural materials (pisé, tomettes, oil dye). Insulation and temperature are optimized (warm in winter, cool in summer). The location is ideal: Rennes (13 km), St-Malo (63 km), Mt St Michel (57 km). The village with all shops is 2 km away.

We welcome you to our cottage for 22 people located in the municipality of Iffendic at the center of a multitude of activities near the forest of Brocéliande. Great for family gatherings. Our cottage, divided into 2 houses (1 for 14 people and the other for 8 people), is located in the heart of nature, close to Lake Trémelin (swimming, water activities, tree climbing...), the Chambre aux Loups valley, at the start of hiking and mountain biking trails.

Renovated in 2019 while maintaining the hedonistic identity of the place, the space is articulated around a room of 140 m2 where you can swim, lunch, relax or listen to music, and a large living room of 40 m2 with billiards, tv of 2 m diagonal, virtual helmet, video library, library.

We rent our family home during the holidays. You will have a lovely time with your family. It is located 1.3 km south of the train station in the heart of the Sainte Thérèse neighborhood. On the ground floor you will find a large 80 m2 living room with kitchen open to a patio and garden with heated pool (mid-May to mid-September), 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 1st floor, as well as a 4th bedroom with private shower room on the top floor.
