The house is ideally located - 5 minutes from Plélan-le-Grand, where you can discover the many remarkable sites and legends of the Brocéliande forest and explore the numerous hiking trails that criss-cross the forest - 1 hour from the sea - 10 minutes' walk from Salle 5B, 6 minutes by car from Les Forges de Paimpont. Discounts for stays of 2 or 3 nights or more. Decoration redone in early 2025.

The house is located in a very quiet subdivision close to restaurants and a pizzeria. 15 minutes from Rennes Exhibition Park or Ker Lann Center and 10 minutes from Lohéac Automobile Museum. You will have a double bed, a private bathroom if you are the only guests and a shared bathroom if there are others. You have access to the living room and kitchen and breakfast is included After major renovations, the decor is in progress but I'm working on it. Looking forward to welcoming you soon.

Acigné is a town where it's good to walk and where you can find all the shops and services (media library, movie theater, gyms, nature areas). You will have the entire floor with bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet, possible access to the living room, kitchen, and outside (terrace, barbecue, garden).
