The house is located in a very quiet subdivision close to restaurants and a pizzeria. 15 minutes from Rennes Exhibition Park or Ker Lann Center and 10 minutes from Lohéac Automobile Museum. You will have a double bed, a private bathroom if you are the only guests and a shared bathroom if there are others. Very spacious and bright room where you'll feel at home. Here, you will find a central 140 x 190 cm bed and, on the right, a large desk with a big Velux window overlooking the trees and the garden. A lounge area with an armchair and a kettle to enjoy tea or coffee. Not to mention a dressing room, an entrance, a library and a large private bathroom. You will find towels available in the bathroom.
