Located in Escarpas do lago, this house offers a large leisure area overlooking the local dam, a swimming pool with a waterfall and infinity edge, shower, sun loungers and an outdoor table. The space connects to a full barbecue area, with a sink, beer maker, extensive wooden table and washbasin. The open concept kitchen and TV room are integrated into the leisure area. Also on the same floor, there is a pantry and laundry area (with a washing machine), a bathroom and a spacious en-suite. On the second floor, there are four other large en-suites. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning. The second floor also has a free room, where the four single mattresses available in the house can be arranged, if necessary. In the background, there is a green area. Covered garage and Wi-Fi complete the amenities found on the premises.
