The yellow house is in front of the Jurumirim dam, in a gated community with 24 houses. It is surrounded by a lawn with beautiful trees, and the sun sets right in front of the dam. A spectacle in itself. The main house has 3 suites, a living room, dining room, kitchen, toilet, a large terrace with 2 rooms and a swimming pool. The little house (behind the main one, very charming) has 2 more bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a cozy living room. Capacity to comfortably accommodate 13 people and a baby.
