The Salzhaff is only 150 meters away and invites you to great sunsets as well as water sports such as kite surfing, windsurfing, SUP and kayaking. Furthermore, the surroundings offer a variety of beautiful bike paths for cycling enthusiasts.

The house from 1913 is located in the idyllic and dreamy Baltic Sea resort of Rerik in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff. It is 200 m to the beach, so you can already smell the sea and hear the seagulls during breakfast on the terrace. The apartment does NOT have a TV and has an open bathroom without a door. Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.
