**Internet has been upgraded** Hey there! Our family, along with our two little adorable Yorkies, are living in this cute house, not too far from the heart of Los Angeles! Attached in-law suite with a private entrance. You have the entire space to yourself! 450 sq ft, full bath with washer/dryer. Kitchenette w/ full size fridge. This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

Private Mid century modern style decor with resort like bathroom fully re-modeled. Spaceous outdoor patio; great for doing yoga or just relaxing outside taking in the California weather.
