There is no way I can say enough great things about Gina and her place in the small amount of words given. She is the warmest, most generous host ever! The location is just above the beautiful village of Spili. The home is charming and has everything you need. She gives a breakfast of cereal and yogurt. Never had a host do that before. She leaves brownies and fruit in the room. Great beds! Bathroom shower is hot and strong! Bath towels large and fluffy. Gina has thought of everything! She has a washer and dryer. The home has a sitting room downstairs with a TV and lots of DVDs. She has maps, books and her own recommendations available. The outdoors has 2 terraces, an abundance of flowers and fruit trees. It’s in a very private setting and evenings are quiet for a good sleep. To sum it all up, when travelling in this area, Gina’s place is a must stay! I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again! Thanks, Gina for a wonderful stay!

We felt super comfortable with John and his family. From the first day, we were actively welcomed into everyday life and always felt very welcome. The room has everything we needed plus some extras 😉 Definitely worth a visit, as you could also reach some beautiful places quickly from there. Most important to us was the village location,far from tourist strongholds. Thanks for everything

Great stay at Andrea and Olga's. Particularly welcoming host and available to answer all our questions, peaceful setting, well-equipped accommodation, pleasant exterior and excellent bedding (small and large beds). We felt very good there. Airbnb experiences like we love them!

We had a wonderful time at David’s place in Sellia. The place is absolutely beautiful and you can enjoy complete privacy surrounded by beautiful nature. David is an amazing host and puts in a lot of effort to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We’d love to come back :)

Four weeks in Crete, alone for the first time, has been my wish for a long time. At Stefanie's, I found exactly the place I wanted for this. Quietly located, surrounded by olive gardens, between two of the most beautiful bays in southern Crete, I felt very welcome and at home, had everything I needed: a cozy little studio with a good bed, a kitchen and shower room, in front of the door a cozy seat and sun loungers for sunbathing and reading. The hosts were helpful whenever I needed them. Around Plakias there are wonderful hiking trails, good taverns and very nice beaches. Conclusion: Absolute recommendation for people who want peace, but also a lively place and beautiful excursion destinations nearby and appreciate a private, very personal accommodation.

Enjoyed our stay. Relaxing setting, extremely pleasant, exotic for those who want to stay away from the crowds. Gîte with lots of charm, tastefully furnished. Terraces were very appreciated, with a magnificent view. Lara was extremely caring. We recommend it!!! Thanks Lara!
