The house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a sofa-bed, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, living room and equipped kitchen. The house sits within the orchard of a private property, and has its own private entrance with parking for 2 cars, a private terrace and a South facing garden .

This small shed in our yard Hofstede de Boetselaer used to be a "COOL"cell for young potato plants. We have converted it into a 'COOL' cottage to come and enjoy among the fields and on the West Zeeuws Vlaamse coast. For those seeking nature, privacy, minimal distractions and tranquillity. The garden is visited by many birds, including some large ones. From the buzzard to the little goldcrest and many more in between. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
