Cozy 3 1/2 room attic apartment with southwest balcony, in the Alpsee Grünten vacation region at almost 1000 m altitude. A little off the beaten track in a quiet location, hiking trails and ski tours right in front of the house. From here you can reach both Füssen with its wonderful royal castles, as well as the ski jumping village of Oberstdorf by car in approx. 35 minutes. In the vicinity there are various adventure pools and also thermal baths to relax. Five Alps within walking distance invite you to linger.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Our house is located directly at the foot of Grünten in Wagneritz, about 2 km from Rettenberg and is characterized by its rural and quiet location. Our apartment is located in the attic, is 68 sqm including a wardrobe and balcony and can accommodate 2 people. The spacious south-facing window front, as well as a balcony to the west, provide plenty of light and offer a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
