Seaside, ideal villa in the quiet and flowery subdivision of Grand Fond, 100 m from the beach and 300 m from shops. This is my personal villa, reserved for quiet and respectful holidaymakers. No children under 10 years old. A pet may be accepted on request, if it does not cause a nuisance. Following a number of incidents and in order to maintain an attractive rental rate, the hosting of guests is not permitted, unless an exceptional exemption is granted by written agreement.

You will appreciate the quick access to the Tamarins road, the main road axis of western Reunion. An open garage is reserved for the house.

C'est un studio agréable, pratique et confortable avec une cuisine équipée. Literie adaptable si vous venez entre ami/famille ou en couple. A proximité immédiate du CHU et des grands axes. The proximity to the road can disturb people who are really very sensitive to the noise from cars.

The room opens directly onto a large private terrace (16 m2) with stunning views of the ramparts and the SALAZIE cirque. A crib is at your disposal. After each checkout, the accommodation is completely aired for at least four hours, the housekeeper cleans all the usual places with hydroalcoholic gel, and a spray is at your disposal.
