Located on the seafront, our 40 m² studio is separate from the house (located opposite). We will share the entrance gate and the garden. You will have access to a large, covered terrace with flowers. Simple, natural and modern, it is newly furnished and air-conditioned, conveniently located at the crossroads of the East Zone, allowing you to discover the authenticity and traditions of the surrounding area (Sainte-Rose, Salazie, Sainte-Suzanne). Private entrance. On the ground floor of our family home, bursts of laughter or voices may reach you. Pool reserved for the family 30 minutes per day. Airport 30 minutes, beaches 40 minutes, circuses 1 to 2 hours. Golf, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, greengrocer, fishmonger, church, park 5 minutes away.
