A haven of peace and tranquility

Re-boot and unwind… Situated in the quiet village of Mas Cabardes, surrounded by forest, this pretty stone house is a real treasure. Ideal for one or two people, with the possibility of sleeping four (though there is little intimacy dividing the sleeping quartes). The house is arranged over three floors: ground floor comprises the kitchen and shower room; first floor boasts the salon and the second floor consists of the double bedroom with second W.C. There are two private terrasses.

The gîte has 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed, 2 bathrooms with a bath, fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining table and outside private terrace. Breakfast and dinner is optional (table d'hôtes). The domaine has 18 hectors with farm animals and forest. There is a playground with swings, trampoline etc. The swimming pool is open from 23 June to 20 September.

Large family property in the heart of nature, crossed by a river, maintained with great care. It is classified A, spacious and completely renovated with quality materials. With family or friends, it's a great place to spend the holidays: River swimming, cycling, hiking, volleyball, badminton, darts, ping pong. A delightful self-contained cottage. The gite is set in six acres of beautiful garden and private woodland and boasts a year-round diversity of flowering shrubs and trees rich in birdsong. British owners Peter and Tom welcome groups of up to six people. There is also potential to accommodate an additional two guests (plus child) in an adjoining room with private bathroom. The gite adjoins our house and is situated in a green setting at the foot of the Montagne Noire, just outside a pretty Cathar village. In addition to a large landscaped garden, there is a secure parking space. This 35m2 gîte comprises a lounge, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. The flat has its own entrance leading onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The gîte stays cool in summer thanks to the vegetation.
